Customer Service Communications Consultant - Remote

You'll design and deliver effective communication strategies that keep teams informed and engaged, while also acting as a liaison between the front lines and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Communications Consultant at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customer experience strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing digital-first campaigns across all initiatives that need to be communicated to our front-line teams and partners
- Collaborating with our creative agency, contact center partners, and back-office teams to build and oversee our governance approach and communication calendar
- Building strong relationships across our partner senior leadership team to set our agents up for success in serving our customers
- Partnering to develop our new customer service communications playbook
- Driving a thoughtful, engaging, and measurable content delivery approach to ensure messaging is received and acted upon
- Managing our communications scorecard and tracking impressions, engagement, and action by medium and channel
- Creating and delivering compelling and well-supported executive communications
- Overseeing our communication tools and acting as the voice of the partner and agent
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience with digital communication tools and platforms, including email marketing, social media, and content management systems
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience leading a team, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
- Experience in critical leadership skills such as planning, prioritization, communication, and project management
- Strong knowledge of customer experience strategy and best practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
