Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Expert - Live Events at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing specialized support to our customers through email, chat, and phone, with a focus on arenaflex Enterprise customer support
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, using metrics and consumer insights to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborating with your managers to evaluate your performance and identify areas for growth
- Working with a range of tools, including Talkdesk, Zendesk, Slack, Google business tools, and more
- Going above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Participating in 1:1 and group strategy meetings to stay informed and aligned with the team
- Developing your skills and expertise in first-point-of-contact support, with opportunities to take on more specialized and escalated customer contacts
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
- Experience working in customer service, preferably in a tech startup or high-volume company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers
- An analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive decision-making
- Passion for live events and customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with a high level of autonomy
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection (at least 35 Mbps)
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
