Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to pharmacy benefit plan members via inbound calls
- Answering questions regarding prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions
- Resolving customer inquiries in a positive and productive manner
- Utilizing your knowledge and skills to improve the healthcare experience for our plan members
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience engaging with clients (call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military experience)
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Reliable and compliant with scheduling standards
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
