The Role
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service experiences to our clients' customers. You'll actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions, upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits and value to customers, and demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide a world-class customer service experience. You'll also provide information about current plans and products, and identify new solutions that align with customer needs, navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy, and thrive in a highly structured environment with open availability (evenings and weekends required).
Responsibilities
* Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions
- Upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits and value to customers
- Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide a world-class customer service experience
- Provide information about current plans and products, and identify new solutions that align with customer needs
- Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
* High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
- USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Quiet, secured workspace
- Must live in Texas to apply
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
- Must be able to thrive in a highly structured environment with open availability (evenings and weekends required)
