Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll provide personalized support to customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. You'll utilize your fashion sense and exceptional service skills to help customers shop, resolve questions about their orders, and address issues with white-glove treatment. You'll be part of an award-winning team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a difference in the lives of our customers.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Make recommendations on products or services to close sales and meet customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and brand information to provide expert advice to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
* Appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
- 1 year or more of customer service experience in a luxury retail or similar environment
- 1 year or more post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience
- Problem-solving skills for mid-to-high level customer service issues
- Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- Headset (USB wired or compatible)
- Smartphone or device running iOS or Android
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
