Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our members and providers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to daily member telephone calls, directing them to the proper services needed, educating them on their benefits, and resolving issues.
  • Collaborating with the Medical Management Department to authorize services and create linkages for members.
  • Assisting providers with eligibility, benefit, and claims issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
  • One (1) year of experience in a customer service related role with direct contact with customers via telephone, email, chat, and/or face-to-face.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • One (1) year of experience in a physician healthcare office environment or high-volume call center.
  • Knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions.
