Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring accurate and timely information
- Follow company procedures and input accurate trip data into systems
- Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
- Review and educate members on services and their insurance coverage
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher
- Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher
- Quality Monitoring (QM) score of 95% or higher
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- Capability to handle a high volume of calls, up to 100+ calls per day
Preferred Qualifications
We welcome candidates with:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment demonstrating sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
