Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming borrower, agent, and lender calls with professionalism and speed
  • Working the outbound call queue and making outbound calls or web verification
  • Accurately composing written information for loan histories of customers
  • Verifying, keying, and memoing insurance information
  • Processing insurance information received from agents, lenders, and borrowers on the internal tracking system
  • Reviewing insurance policies for compliance with lender requirements
  • Distributing and exchanging information with others
  • Meeting set goals and assigned workload expectations for productivity
  • Mentoring fellow co-workers as requested by supervisor

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related experience (preferably in a call center environment)
  • Data entry and keyboard knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
