Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming borrower, agent, and lender calls with professionalism and speed
- Working the outbound call queue and making outbound calls or web verification
- Accurately composing written information for loan histories of customers
- Verifying, keying, and memoing insurance information
- Processing insurance information received from agents, lenders, and borrowers on the internal tracking system
- Reviewing insurance policies for compliance with lender requirements
- Distributing and exchanging information with others
- Meeting set goals and assigned workload expectations for productivity
- Mentoring fellow co-workers as requested by supervisor
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related experience (preferably in a call center environment)
- Data entry and keyboard knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
