Your Role:
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll work directly with student loan borrowers to help them navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you'll become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first point of contact for our users. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Understanding arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs
- Engaging with borrowers via email and live chat, providing exceptional support and guidance
- Reviewing and submitting applications for federal loan programs
- Proactively suggesting and implementing ideas and automations to scale the team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring user feedback to life and create new features and offerings
- Working closely with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals
Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for talented individuals with:
- At least one year of relevant work experience in start-ups, finance, customer support, or government programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly learn and master new skills and knowledge areas
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
