Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat on websites and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, issue discount codes, and assist with sales links.
- Efficiently managing and resolving customer complaints or questions, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and effective solutions to customers.
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements and Skills:
