Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 8-16 customer support specialists, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure they meet customer needs and performance goals. You will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving loyalty, and fostering trust. Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of customer support specialists, providing training, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure success
  • Supervising customer support specialists responding to calls, emails, and chats from customers with post-order issues, including returns, replacements, and refunds
  • Analyzing performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations to optimize team performance
  • Conducting side-by-side observations and quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality customer interactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources and Senior Leadership, to address employee issues and drive business outcomes
  • Responding to escalated customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

To be successful as a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in customer-facing and management roles
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in fast-moving environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to provide instant feedback and coaching
  • Experience with multiple software packages and technologies, with the ability to navigate complex systems
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive performance and achieve business goals
