Customer Support Technician - Remote

The Role
As a Customer Support Technician, you will be responsible for delivering technical support to our customers via phone, email, and messenger. You will work independently to resolve technical issues, while embodying our values of helpfulness, friendliness, and empathy. You will be an expert in our platform, leveraging internal tools to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and messenger, ensuring efficient and accurate resolution of issues
- Develop expertise in the arenaflex platform, including email deliverability, DNS, and theme
- Manage customer issues and emails efficiently, documenting and troubleshooting product issues using internal reporting tools
- Monitor and review customer account user-submitted content for potential issues
- Stay up-to-date on new product features and improvements, identifying and reporting customer issues to other teams as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues

- Strong reading comprehension and typing skills, with experience using tools like Slack, Intercom, and Google Docs
- Comfortable working in an open and collaborative environment, with a willingness to work weekend shifts
- Experience in customer-facing service, such as retail, hospitality, or online support (preferred)
