Job Description
As a Danish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate information about bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more. You will also be expected to find personalized solutions to ensure each customer's journey runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:
* Fluent in Danish (written and spoken)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Flexible and dynamic with a passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
