As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our Enrollment Management team by extracting, manipulating, analyzing, and assessing enrollment data and requests.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a 3-month contract. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will utilize a blend of automation and manual analysis to make informed decisions, ensure compliance with company policies, state laws, and regulations, and provide reporting to support operational needs. Key Responsibilities

* Process and maintain dealer customer accounts * Update system profiles and support various products related to onboarding * Set up product/feature sets for dealers * Create and maintain dealership profiles within the CAMS * Update user profiles within the CAMS * Adhere to all audit/policies and procedures * Communicate effectively with internal, dealer, finance source, and owner contacts * Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility * Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Enrollment Management team

Requirements

Skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Visio * Familiarity with data analysis software and tools (e.g., Excel, Access, SQL) * Strong understanding of data entry principles and best practices * Excellent communication and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment * Strong customer service skills * Disciplined, independent worker with a professional demeanor * Ability to multi-task and properly organize workload according to business needs * Excellent attention to detail

* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Other Essential Requirements

* Prior experience in Automotive Retail Finance or other related Consumer Finance experience is a plus * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
