The Role

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing your exceptional skills and experience to deliver high-quality results.   • Flexible work arrangement: Work from home for 2 weeks, followed by 1 week in the office after 8 weeks of paid training.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Research and respond to written inquiries: Respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner, utilizing your exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Perform data entry tasks: Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, utilizing Microsoft suite and other software applications.
  • Utilize software applications: Utilize a range of software applications, including Microsoft suite, to complete tasks and deliver high-quality results.
  • Demonstrate exceptional skills: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience: Possess a Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment.
  • Experience in provider outreach: Possess experience in provider outreach, decision-making, and responding quickly to questions.
  • Data entry and/or typing experience: Possess data entry and/or typing experience, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite: Possess proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills: Possess a strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree: Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or business administration.
  • 5 years of experience: Possess 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing.
  • 6 months of data entry experience: Possess 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy: Possess knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
