Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our system, ensuring high levels of accuracy and productivity
  • Maintaining high levels of productivity and meeting performance targets, while working independently with minimal supervision
  • Communicating effectively with clients via email as needed, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Working independently with minimal supervision, utilizing your strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Maintaining a secure and productive home work environment, adhering to arenaflex's data security and confidentiality policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity
  • Stable internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop, with the necessary software and hardware to perform the job requirements
  • Phone device for communication, with a reliable and stable connection
  • Ability to focus on tasks without distraction, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • US residency, with a valid social security number and ability to work in the United States
  • Basic English written and spoken language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency with basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Age 16 or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
