About the Role

As an Entry-Level Benefits Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in assisting clients virtually with enrolling in their benefits packages, providing personalized service and support for policyholders, and promoting company products with integrity and clarity. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow with our team, developing your skills and expertise in customer service, sales, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients virtually with enrolling in their benefits packages, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience

  • Provide exceptional service and support for policyholders, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct virtual presentations and consultations to educate clients about our products and services
  • Learn and promote company products with integrity and clarity, ensuring that clients understand the value and benefits of our offerings
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and maximum autonomy
  • High level of motivation and a team-player attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (arenaflex will provide support and resources to help you achieve this goal)

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, or marketing) preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and maximum autonomy
  • High level of motivation and a team-player attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or benefits administration (not required, but a plus!)

  • Familiarity with insurance products and services (not required, but a plus!)
  • Certification in customer service or sales (not required, but a plus!)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (not required, but a plus!)
