The Role
As a Senior Customer Success Analyst, you'll be part of our Revenue Operations Team, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results and customer success. Your expertise in data analysis, strategic decision-making, and customer success operations will be instrumental in identifying trends, spotting opportunities, and implementing initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track key success metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Analyze customer behavior, product usage, and retention data to drive company strategy and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to develop and implement initiatives that enhance onboarding, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Finance to build models and forecasts that inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Plan, manage, and deploy customer territories to ensure optimal customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate data-driven findings and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders, including leadership, customer success teams, and product teams.
- Design and implement process improvements to drive scalability and efficiency, ensuring that arenaflex remains at the forefront of the fundraising industry.
Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in RevOps, Analytics, Customer Success Ops, or similar roles, preferably in a startup or SaaS company.
- Strong analytical skills, with fluency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that resonate with stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities, with a natural curiosity and initiative to drive results.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping, satisfaction metrics (NPS/CSAT), and customer success platforms like Gainsight, Catalyst, or ChurnZero.
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for data analysis and strategic decision-making.
