About Your Role:
As a Customer Engagement Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and leading a team of retail and pet care associates. Your responsibilities will include:
Pet Parent Engagement:
Set the standards for customer engagement, ensuring every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores.
Associate Leadership:
Lead a team of retail and pet care associates who will ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for our pets and pet parents.
Overall Retail Initiatives:
Create an exceptional customer experience by ensuring associates have extensive knowledge of pet solutions and building connections with pet parents.

Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or pet care.

- Strong knowledge of pet solutions and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in retail or pet care.
