Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Experience Champion - Customer Service Ambassador, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through direct communication with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing real-time support to customers, resolving issues, and ensuring timely package delivery
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Upholding arenaflex values and maintaining a customer-centric approach in all interactions
- Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers in a clear and concise manner
- Composing grammatically correct and accurate written responses to customer issues
- Approaching problems logically and making quick, effective decisions on behalf of the customer
- Working a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week) to meet the demands of the role
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
- Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
