Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales process by completing cybersecurity questionnaires and performing other data entry tasks as requested by management. Key Areas of Responsibility
As a Data Entry Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Completing cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, ensuring timely and accurate completion to meet customer requirements
- Monitoring incoming cybersecurity requests in a dedicated issue tracking tool (JIRA) and prioritizing them with internal business leaders
- Extracting information from the archive of past questionnaires to inform current responses
- Coordinating final review with internal subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Recording progress in issue tracking tool (JIRA) and maintaining accurate records
- Completing additional data entry tasks as requested by management, including learning new procedures, policies, and systems as needed
- Maintaining all required corporate training up to date to ensure compliance and best practices
General Responsibilities
In addition to the key areas of responsibility, you'll also be expected to:
- Solicit input from subject matter experts as needed to answer questions and ensure accurate responses
- Complete data entry tasks accurately and with exceptional attention to detail, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
- Learn necessary procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology to perform tasks efficiently and effectively
- Work on problems of limited scope, learning on purpose while gaining experience and developing your skills
- Demonstrate ownership and integrity of work, taking pride in your contributions to arenaflex's success
- Establish stable relationships with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts and business leaders
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following technical skills and certifications are preferred:
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel
- Proficient with remote work tools, including MS Teams and MS Outlook
- Experience with JIRA issue tracking software
- Cybersecurity experience (desirable but not essential)
- Certifications in cybersecurity or related fields (not required)
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or higher
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and systems
