Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Bilingual Food Manufacturing Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, resolving inquiries, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Order Management: Manage and process customer orders accurately and timely, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat, and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, communicating any delays or issues to customers.
- Sales Support: Support the sales team by providing customer feedback, managing accounts, and supporting promotional activities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and complaints, generating reports to improve customer service processes.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish): Fluency in Spanish is required for this role, as you will be interacting with customers and colleagues in Spanish.
- Food Manufacturing Experience: A strong background in food manufacturing is essential, with experience in customer service, logistics, and sales support.
- Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of customer service experience are required. Experience as a customer account manager and supporting cross-functional teams is highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, ERP's, and complaints platforms (D365 preferred) is required. Experience with PO's, invoicing, and documentation of customer interactions is also essential.
