Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

- Documenting customer interactions in our system to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
- Meeting performance goals and targets, including metrics related to customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time
- Providing exceptional customer service through proactive communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote setting
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
