Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch live chat support to Shopify app users, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilizing your knowledge of Shopify and its ecosystem to troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintaining a friendly and approachable tone in your interactions, mirroring the warmth and personality of in-person conversations.
  • Managing multiple conversations simultaneously, prioritizing and organizing your responses to ensure seamless communication.
  • Collaborating with our team to drive app reviews on the Shopify app store, earning incentives for your contributions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and its app ecosystem (no expert knowledge required).
  • Proficiency in using a laptop and navigating digital platforms.
  • Logical and analytical thinking, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Availability approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UTC+8.
