Experience Requirements

Entry Level

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance industry setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and teams.
