Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to our Hosts and Food Vendors via remote channels. As a Customer Experience Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for all new and existing customer enquiries, building trust and satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Assistant at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the sales and operations team to provide first-class customer experience and build customer trust and satisfaction
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients via phone, email, Livechat, and WhatsApp
- Identifying Host and Food Vendor needs and responding proactively to all of their requirements
- Arranging check-in and check-outs via Safety Culture and providing mediation where necessary
- Handling all incoming customer queries, including email, phone, Livechat, and WhatsApp
- Ensuring H&S compliance and insurances are up to date
- Conducting monthly catch-ups with current Hosts and Food Vendors and assisting with any concerns or contract queries
- Providing assistance with financial enquiries
- Using and updating CRM online system, logging complaints, and collating customer feedback
- Analyzing results to improve experience and providing feedback to the wider team
- Continuously reviewing and suggesting improvements to existing customer service processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience handling complex customer problems and providing exceptional customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Hubspot, and communication tools like Slack, Gmail, and WhatsApp
- Comfort with providing assistance with financial enquiries and handling invoices
- Organizational skills, with experience of multi-tasking and prioritizing your workload
- An enthusiastic and self-starting attitude, with a willingness to work independently and as part of a team
