Job Summary:

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer service team, providing exceptional support to our subscribers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving issues, answering questions, and addressing billing and account-related inquiries. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working collaboratively with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex subscribers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Utilize your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as address billing and account-related inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including technical and product teams, to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies, ensuring you have the knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and helpful support to our subscribers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and quality assurance programs to continuously improve your skills and performance.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal) is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
