Job Summary

We're seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of Flight Attendants. As a Flight Attendant, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring safety, and creating memorable experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities

As a Flight Attendant, you'll be responsible for:

• Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers
• Working independently and as part of a team to accomplish work tasks
• Managing unexpected changes in a time-sensitive and stressful environment
• Demonstrating the use of safety and emergency equipment and ensuring safety requirements are met
• Administering and coordinating emergency procedures or providing emergency care when needed
• Preparing, serving, and selling beverages and meals to customers
• Assisting customers with lifting and stowing luggage into overhead bins
• Making public address and safety announcements in compliance with company and federal standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of application
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
• Ability to acquire and keep current a passport and travel documents to freely enter and exit places where arenaflex flies
• Complete a pre-employment Department of Transportation (DOT) drug test and comprehensive background check
• Ability to sit in an assigned jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness fastened
• Ability to open emergency exits and close aircraft doors weighing up to 60 pounds
• Demonstrate a commitment to safety, security, and customer satisfaction

Nice-to-Haves

Nice-to-haves include:

• 1 or more years of experience in jobs with responsibilities similar to those of a flight attendant
• Completion of a degree beyond high school or GED preferred
