Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing department inbox
• Utilizing strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with ticketing systems to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Working independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Being available to work overnight shifts, including Tuesday to Friday 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM CST and Saturday to Tuesday 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM CST

Requirements for Success

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in customer support or client relations
• Ability to work an occasional flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times
