As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating customers about their warranties, and resolving any issues that may arise. To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, with conflict resolution experience.
  • Industry experience: Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Technical requirements: A reliable and secure internet connection, with a quiet and distraction-free workspace.
  • Location: Must be located in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT, or NV.
