Job Overview
At arenaflex, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting student loan borrowers with account inquiries, repayment options, and application processes, while ensuring compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and data security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist student loan borrowers with account inquiries, repayment options, and application processes
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment
- Provide accurate, professional, and empathetic customer support
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and data security standards
- Meet key performance indicators and quality assurance standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- High School diploma or GED
- 6+ months of customer service experience in a business, non-retail environment or call center experience
- 6+ months of computer experience in a business setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust (5c) security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior call center experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree
Technical and Availability Requirements
To ensure your success in this role, you will need to meet the following technical and availability requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (wired Ethernet required)
- Reliable transportation to an arenaflex facility for pre-employment visits and on-site requirements
- Quiet, private, and distraction-free home workspace
- Available to work any assigned shift during Contact Center hours

- Health & Welfare Pay: Additional $4.93/hour (up to 40 hrs./week)
