The Role
As a Part-Time German Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and effective solutions via telephone, social media, webchat, and email. You will embody the brand's values, promoting a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and collaboration. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences. You will collaborate with our dedicated customer service team to inspire and delight customers, driving loyalty and brand advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work as the first point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and effective solutions via telephone, social media, webchat, and email
- Embody the brand's values, promoting a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and collaboration
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with our dedicated customer service team to inspire and delight customers, driving loyalty and brand advocacy
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and memorable
Requirements:
* Fluency in German, with a C2 level of English
- Experience working in a retail or luxury environment, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a genuine enthusiasm for ensuring customer satisfaction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit each customer's needs
- Confident IT skills, with flexibility, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
- Great attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Working Hours and Location:
* Part-time, 20 hours per week (Wednesday 9am-6pm, Thursday 2pm-6pm, and Friday 9am-6pm)
- Remote work option (WFH) or based in our Southend-on-Sea office
- Contract duration: 18th October 2024 to 31st January 2025
Technical Requirements:
* Windows 11 compatible machine or macOS 12 (Monterey) or later
- 8GB RAM minimum, with 15GB+ free storage space
- Apple or Android smartphone with iOS 15.0 (or later) or Android 12 (or later)
- Windows Defender antivirus software or X-Protect for MAC OS
- Minimum speed requirements: ping ms maximum 20ms, download 20 MBps, and upload 5Mbps
