Key Responsibilities and Overview
As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in making every customer feel valued and supported throughout their travel experience. Your mission will be to provide exceptional service, ensuring a smooth and pleasant journey for all. You will be responsible for supporting our Customer Service team, demonstrating arenaflex's commitment to our customers, and upholding our brand's high standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding customers through the ticketing and baggage check-in process as a Ticket Agent
- Assisting customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding as a Gate Agent
- Utilizing computers to sell, print, and reissue tickets, as well as manage the check-in process
- Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers

Minimum Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- A strong commitment to safety and security
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Authorization to live and work in the country you're applying to
- Basic computer skills and fluency in English and Spanish (both written and oral)
