Responsibilities
As a Remote Automotive Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing innovative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments as needed
