Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers through effective telephone, chat, and email support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing premium customer service and support via phone, chat, and email
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding logistics, returns, refunds, product information, and warranty questions
- Assisting customers with website navigation and general questions
- Working various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Essential Qualifications:
