Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, while also identifying sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade and cross-sell products and services. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
Candidate Requirements
