Earn $17/hour for English-speaking only candidates or $18/hour for bilingual candidates (Spanish or Creole)
Flexible Schedule:
Work a 40-hour week schedule with availability to work shifts between 7am-11pm EST, including weekends and holidays
Comprehensive Training:
Participate in 10 days of initial training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role
Technical Requirements:
Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, and dedicated workspace to perform job duties

Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work independently in a remote setting, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality results. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
