Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound customer calls, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting multiple bank customers with reward points redemption, including tracking shipments, cancelling orders, and refunding reward points
  • Assisting clients with booking travel arrangements, such as flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises, using accumulated reward points
  • Providing exceptional customer service, working in a "yes" environment to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to:

  • Live in the Phoenix or Scottsdale area, within 35 miles of Scottsdale, ZIP 85260
  • Be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
