- Position: Remote Recruiter
- Pay: $21/hour with OTE $60,000...
- Location: Fully Remote
- Schedule: Full-time What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with pre-qualified applicants, helping them decide if obtaining their CDL-A is the right path for them.
- Guide candidates through the enrollment process, providing support by phone, text, and email.
- Coordinate with workforce grant agencies and loan partners to ensure candidates have access to the financial support they need.
- Assist military candidates in utilizing their GI Bill benefits.
- Foster strong relationships with applicants and act as a trusted resource throughout their journey. What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for helping others achieve their career goals.
- Strong communication skills – you’ll be speaking with potential candidates via phone, email, and text.
- Experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus, but not required.
