Legal Talent Coordinator
Legal Talent Coordinator Remote As the Legal Talent Coordinator, a valued member of the firm’s Talent Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting the firm’s legal recruiting efforts firmwide. Working closely with the Managers of Legal Talent and Senior Law School Recruiter, you will coordinate all aspects of lateral attorney recruiting and provide essential support for our summer associate program. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the firm’s ability to attract and onboard top legal talent while developing your expertise in legal recruiting operations and candidate experience management. Legal Talent Coordinator Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive candidate records in the applicant tracking system, including data entry, document uploads, status tracking, and report generation
- Coordinate all logistics for candidate interviews, including conference room reservations, catering arrangements, and travel coordination
- Distribute interview schedules and reminders to interviewing attorneys and collect post-interview evaluations
- Participate in behavioral panel interviews for associate candidates
- Draft offer letters for employed lawyers and manage all related due diligence processes
- Support new attorney orientation and integration through RedCarpet onboarding platform management, ESP creation, welcome communications, and orientation coordination
- Assist with on-campus interviewing (OCI) registration at law schools
- Conduct resume reviews and coordinate screening and callback interview scheduling
- Collect and track interview feedback from attorneys
- Participate in behavioral panel interviews for summer associate candidates
- Plan and attend summer program events
- Attend Talent Management team meetings and relevant industry conferences
- Participate in recruiting peer groups to stay current on industry best practices
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks, including invoice coding and processing
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse groups
- Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Proficiency with spreadsheet and database management
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Outstanding customer service orientation and professional telephone etiquette
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak recruiting periods, including occasional evening events
- Experience with vi by Aderant or similar applicant tracking systems
- Prior experience in legal recruiting, law firm administration, or professional services recruiting
