The representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support with travel bookings, resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities also include assisting clients with travel arrangements, maintaining accurate records, and building positive relationships through effective communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Strong understanding of Customer Experience principles and strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate and provide exceptional support to clients
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage bookings and inquiries
- Experience in the travel industry or knowledge of travel planning is a plus
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote work
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
