Audiologist Remote Audiologist in PA
A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Audiologist specializing in telehealth services within an educational setting. This role is located in Philadelphia, PA, and focuses on providing remote audiology assessments and interventions for school-aged children. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telehealth audiological evaluations and screenings for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Collaborate remotely with educators and school staff to support students' hearing and communication needs
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate and confidential records
- Provide guidance and counseling to students and families regarding hearing health and assistive listening devices
Qualifications and Experience:
- Professional certification and licensure as an Audiologist
- Demonstrated experience in telehealth audiology services, preferably in an educational environment
- Strong communication skills for remote interactions with students, families, and school personnel
- Ability to operate telehealth technology and adapt assessment techniques to virtual platforms
- Knowledge of pediatric audiology and amplification devices
