South Carolina Licensed Telemedicine Physician
To support a growing virtual primary care team, a South Carolina Licensed Telemedicine Physician will provide high-quality, patient-centered care remotely, dedicating at least 36 patient contact hours per week through video visits, live chat, and secure messaging while managing chronic conditions and promoting holistic well-being. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and evidence-based treatment planning for diverse patients Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions while providing preventive care and health education Serve as a collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners, overseeing care consultation and chart reviews Required qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school with active board certification in Family Medicine Current, unrestricted medical license in South Carolina and at least one additional state (CA, TX, or FL) with plans for further licensure Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency; telehealth experience preferred Understanding of regulatory requirements related to physician collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing a high volume of patient interactions Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
