As a Data Associate within our Voice AI Data Services team, you'll play a critical role in training and improving the AI that powers our next-generation voice assistant, ensuring it understands and responds to users with unprecedented accuracy. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, annotating, and improving the quality of speech and text data that helps train our AI models. Your work will directly influence how our voice assistant understands natural language, recognizes different speaking styles, and responds to user queries across various contexts and dialects. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities As a Data Associate at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of AI development, working with diverse datasets to enhance the capabilities of our voice AI platform. Your primary responsibilities will include: Data Annotation & Labeling: Work with a wide range of text, speech, and multimedia data types to create high-quality annotated datasets. You'll apply established guidelines and criteria to label and categorize information accurately, ensuring our AI models receive reliable training data that meets our rigorous quality standards. Quality Assurance: Deliver exceptional quality in all labeled data by meticulously following annotation rules and protocols. You'll utilize our proprietary in-house tools and software platforms to process and validate data, consistently meeting or exceeding established KPIs for accuracy and throughput. Technical Problem-Solving: Identify, document, and report any issues with tools, software, or data processing pipelines as they arise. You'll work closely with our technical teams to communicate problems quickly and contribute to finding effective solutions. Continuous Improvement: Take ownership of your work and actively contribute ideas for improving existing tools, processes, and workflows.
