Resp & Qualifications PURPOSE: The Division Advisor serves as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the divisional Senior Vice President, operating as a direct extension of the executive leader and the CDIO / IT Senior Leadership Team. This role provides comprehensive support across executive and Board engagement, strategy and priority management, annual planning and budgeting, vendor oversight, culture and communications, and complex program coordination within a technologydriven healthcare environment. The position is accountable for managing daytoday divisional operations while driving strategic planning, execution discipline, and performance transparency. This includes maintaining divisional priorities, enabling executivelevel decision making, coordinating crossenterprise initiatives, overseeing vendor and consulting engagements, managing financial performance, and leading special initiatives at the request of executive leadership. The role requires the ability to translate complex technical and operational topics into clear, compelling, ELT and Boardready narratives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Strategic Analysis, Advisory, and Problem Solving

  • Research, analyze, and synthesize complex business, technology, and healthcare data in response to CDIO, Senior Leadership Team, and executive leadership requests. Operate as a trusted advisor, providing perspective on strategy, priorities, tradeoffs, and execution risks. Proactively identify issues, define problems, develop options, and recommend actions to support informed decisionmaking. Deliverables include concise executive briefings, datadriven insights, and performance reporting aligned to the divisions strategic and operational plans, including tracking and analysis of key performance indicators.

Operational Excellence

  • Conduct endtoend process analysis within the division to improve operational effectiveness, scalability, and execution predictability. Ensure strong communication, sequencing, and readiness across interdependent teams. Track divisional compliance with enterprise initiatives maintaining oversight, delivery, and distribution of reports and materials.

Executive Communications and BoardReady Storytelling

  • Develop highimpact divisional communications, policies, and procedures for internal and external audiences. Coordinate and produce executivelevel reporting, dashboards, and presentations that are ELT and Boardready, translating complex technology, financial, and operational information into clear, concise, and outcomefocused narratives. Prepare materials for executive and Board meetings by synthesizing background materials, historical context, risks, and recommendations; provide succinct verbal briefings to the Executive Vice President and CIO to support effective executive engagement.

Budget, Expense, and Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with finance on the development, analytical review, and ongoing management of the divisional administrative expense budget, including annual planning, monthly variance analysis, forecasting, and cost optimization. Provide support and oversight of acquisition and vendor management activities, including the purchasing and governance of outside consulting, managed services, and technology partners. Track financial performance, vendor deliverables, and realized value against plan, ensuring fiscal discipline and alignment to strategic priorities.

Relationship Management, CrossEnterprise Coordination, and Vendor Oversight

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships across the division, IT organization, and enterprise partners. Demonstrate deep understanding of the divisions technology strategy, healthcare business context, and company strategic direction. Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for corporate, technology, and divisional consulting and vendor engagements, ensuring alignment with leadership intent, effective execution, and clear communication across stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. Experience: 2 years experience in business, healthcare environment, health insurance payor environment. 2 years related project management experience in a large scale, cross functional, multi-system environment. Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience and/or demonstrated exposure to executivelevel support.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget and expense management, vendor oversight, and strategic planning.
