• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from patients, providers, and payers, providing accurate and timely information regarding medical billing, insurance, and patient accounts.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex cases to senior team members or management as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chats, using arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including medical billing, insurance, and patient accounts, to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to provide accurate and compliant responses to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in medical billing, customer service, and communication.
  • *Essential Qualifications:**

• 2+ years of experience in medical billing customer support or a related field.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, providers, and payers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
