Project Manager (MS Dynamics Implementation)
A major client of ours has a need for a Senior Project Manager. This is a contract to hire, remote position. You must be a US citizen or GC holder. Experience with CRM implementations is required, preferrably MS Dynamics. ONLY W2, NO C2C
- *Overview**
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of complex, high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. This role manages cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors while applying appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile, Iterative, and Hybrid approaches.
- *Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex application development projects
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage resources, budgets, risks, and change control processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery
- Communicate project status, risks, and progress to leadership
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track team performance metrics (e.g., sprint velocity)
- Support vendor selection and manage external partnerships as needed
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment
- *Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Strong experience managing application development projects
- Hands-on Scrum Master experience and knowledge of Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with PPM and Agile tools such as Confluence, Clarity, Wrike, JIRA, Rally etc.,
- Basic Technical understanding of the digital platform, cloud applications, web services, server-side components and APIs
- *Education & Certifications**
• BA or BS in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or another business-related field
- 5 or more years of project management experience including at least 2 years working with Agile
Preferred
- PMP Certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certifications preferred
