Job Summary

As a Remote Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information via live chat. You'll assist customers with booking flights, making changes to existing reservations, and upselling additional services and products. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via live chat

  • Assist customers with booking flights and making changes to existing reservations
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Upsell additional services and products to customers
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics
  • Stay up to date on company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
