Responsibilities
As a Sales & Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and selling our wellness services and programs to potential customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
- Delivering exceptional customer support, addressing queries, and providing product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a high level of enthusiasm, curiosity, and creativity to continuously improve sales strategies and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry.
- Graduate in any stream, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer support.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Proficiency in content writing, drafting emails, Canva, ChatGPT, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Reliable laptop with a stable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
