The Role
As a Seasonal Customer Service Healthcare Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their concerns, and providing personalized solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing support and guidance on healthcare-related topics to a diverse range of customers
- Building trust and rapport with our customers, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently
- Working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing multiple systems and technology to deliver exceptional results

Requirements
* High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency
- Open availability between 8am-2am EST, 7 days a week
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
Technical Requirements
* PC or laptop running Windows 10 operating system
- High-speed internet with minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 6 Mbps
- Ability to connect directly to internet service provider modem with Ethernet cable
- 2 dedicated computer monitors (minimum 13 inches)
- VoIP USB headset with microphone and web cam for training
